Overview

All the payments are done as contributions to the BCTI (Biblical Counseling Trust of India).

Multiple payments for same services will be refunded. A candidate paid the contribution online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure, please share the screenshot with us at bcti.del@gmail.com and will check and come back to you.

Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

Note

For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction number and order/reference number for future reference and request for any type of Refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the BCTI.
